French Lavender

Oh, the pleasure of putting my nose into the fragrant Lavender bush I bought today. It's a small plant right now, but promises to grow big enough to fill one of my large ceramic pots. In the heat of the sun or a warm summer shower releases a heady fragrance that will waft thru my open windows. I'm planning on getting a fragrant rose shrub as well. The best part of both these plants is that I get to dry the flower and use them all year round :) To soak in a tub filled with those glorious little petals will be a piece of heaven on earth.
