Life is too short...

to miss one single moment of!! Yesterday was my wake-up call...an Angina attack from the blue. I had no idea this would happen since all my blood work had just come back fine. I am a Diabetic as well as have heart disease in my family, so it's one of the flaws I inherited.I will find out next week what the next steps are to get back to optimum health. Yes, I promise that I will stop to smell the flowers, I will drink in God`s creation and I will continue to paint.
